Cook for 5-8 hours. After cooking, seal apple mixture in hot jars and process in a hot water bath for a minimum of ten minutes. Or, seal tightly and store in refrigerator for up to one week. This recipe makes approximately 8-10 pints of apple butter, so if you don&#8217;t plan to use it immediately, share with friends and have them use it within the week. </p>

1. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Mix well to combine.<br />
2. Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours.</p>
<p>This recipe is great with cornbread or crusty rolls to make it a meal!</p>
